Caber House Type A
This was our first standard house – designed specifically with the intention of making a PassivHaus. It’s our most eco house, and the one you should go for if you’re looking to orientate it optimally to the south.
Caber House Type B
Our most popular standard house, the Type B is a great family house as it meets the requirements of so many households. Providing very flexible spaces, the Type B can offer up to five bedrooms and the option of a double height living space in the three bed version.
Caber House Type C Single Storey
This single storey home offers a great option for anyone who wants to work from home, as well as adaptable spaces for people who may be looking for the flexibility to accommodate guests with ease.
Caber House Type C
Nicknamed ‘The Studio’, the Type C offers an excellent option for anyone who wants to work at home or adaptable spaces for people looking for the flexibility to accommodate guests with ease.
Caber House Type D
This house type was designed as a starter home. The smallest and most economical of our standard houses, it retains excellent energy efficiency and generous accommodation.
Caber House Type E
This house suits larger families offering up to seven bedrooms, although the designed flexibility allows the spaces to accommodate a variety of uses. With the main living space arranged along the south facing side, and service rooms to the north, this is a classic PassivHaus layout.
Caber House Type F
Featured on Escape to the Country, The Type F is our Smallest Caber House, designed for compact living. This house type is arranged with the amenities to the north-side of the house as per the recommended PassivHaus layout for maximum efficiency.
Caber House Type G
Our latest and most flexible standard house, the Type G meets the requirements of so many households due to its modular design.
