TYPE B: Our most popular standard house, the Type B is a great family house as it meets the requirements of so many households. Providing very flexible spaces, the Type B can offer up to five bedrooms and the option of a double height living space in the three bed version.
Type B is arranged so that the kitchen and dining area are partly partitioned from the living room. This creates a separate space but still allows the feel of an open plan ground floor with views through the spaces.
The Hallway offers access to the stairway, downstairs bathroom and store cupboard. The Type B also includes a downstairs bedroom.
The 3 Bed Option allows the living room to be open to the roof slope, due to the smaller first floor plan. On the First Floor it has a master bedroom and ensuite. It also has 2 additional double bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the first floor.
The Type B is available in two sizes: 140m² and 165m², allowing the option of more generous rooms if desired.

All the house types are Architect designed by a Certified Passivhaus Designer. The simplicity and functionality of the layouts is easy to see, however, behind the scenes, the construction details of the houses have been rigorously reviewed and tested to eliminate cold bridging and optimise the performance. Externally robust detailing is used to minimise cyclical maintenance. This all helps to ensure low running costs.
